I got BUSTED

Jax wanted to keep the whole box of cheerios with him while he was sitting in his chair watching morning cartoons. I didn't think that would be a problem so while I was doing the morning I looked over to check up on him and he was gone. I started to look for him and this is what I found. OOPPSS BUSTED!! He even handed me some to eat. What a cutie pie.

Another Freebie

Jaxon and I went to the mall last week and when we passed the Kiddie Kandid store they asked if I would like a few free pictures taken of Jaxon. I asked if I could come back in 20 min and they said sure. I went and bought him this outfit and went to a salon to do his hair. He did so well in the photos and everyone was watching him. Afterwards we took the clothes back and had lunch. We both had lots of fun and got a free picture.

Look at what nana taught me

Nana introduced pens and paper to Jaxon. Now he loves to draw whenever I will let him or whenever he can find a pen. He is going to be our little "Bob Ross."

Carrots or NO carrots that is the quesion

Jax got into the fridge and found the baby carrots. I guess he can't tell if he likes them or not. I love watching him eat new things especially when he doesn't like them.

Playing with car keys

Jaxon realized that the keys have buttons on them and if pushed the car makes a noise. He tried to make the alarm go off so many times that I got the other set and was pushing the buttons to make the noises and he thought he was doing it on his own.

DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS

I could not believe how HOT it was when we landed. I didn't bring any flip flops and thank goodness Shelly had some in her trunk. I wore these shoes the whole time. The temperature was between 60-70 degrees. It was perfect. I was able to have some alone time so while driving around I found the Houston Temple. It was gorgeous. Jaxon realized he loved blueberry jello and his new best friend was Missy. They got along sooo well. I just love visiting my parents. I love how they let me be a kid again and take charge. I am so thankful for the help they gave me on this trip. I miss them so much and I am really thankful for Ron for understanding how important it is to me to visit them as much as I can.

DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS

Tyler was such a big help this trip. Jaxon couldn't leave his side and he was always willing to help. Katie has turned into a beautiful teenager. We went to my favorite place to play called ITZ and Jaxon loves the games that he can drive. We got about 2500 free tickets to spend at the gift shop. It was so much fun. I even had nana running around getting free tickets.

Free Pictures

Jaxon and I went to BabiesRUs to get a few things. On our way out the girls in Kiddie Kandids asked me if I wanted a free picture of Jax. I really wish I had put him in something better then sweats but oh, well. The picture they took I just love because he is always laughing and clapping for himself for all the things he does.

Sleeping Yankees

Ron is always wearing a baseball hat. Grandma Arlene bought him a kids Yankees hat and he has started to wear it everywhere. Before I put him down for his name he wanted to wear the hat in his bed. I thought he would play with it and then fall asleep I didn't think he would fall asleep wearing it. The hat stayed on his head during the whole nap.

Mom I can't move!!

After Christmas we got a big snow storm and Ron went out to start up the snow plow. I decided to put Jaxon in his winter clothes and take him outside for the first time. I can't believe how hard it is to put all the stuff on. Putting the little gloves on is a big joke. Jaxon and I kept on laughing because it was so hard to get his boot and gloves on. We finally went outside and Jaxon didn't know what to do with the snow. We tried to get him to eat it but he refused. He liked to follow Ron around but after 10 min. he was done and so was I. It took us so long to get him dressed but seconds to take it off.  What Ron doesn't know is that he gets to dress him for the next snow storm and I will shovel.

Christmas and New Years summary

We had a great Christmas day. It was very relaxing and fun. Santa brought Jaxon toys, books, and a Thomas Train Rider. He rode the train so much that the battery died. It was so much fun to watch Jaxon open all the gifts and hearing him say "WOW". We talked to Nana, Gampa  and  Aunt Shelley. We all just ate, played, and had a fun family day. For New Year's Eve we stayed at home then went to our neighbor Mikes house for a quick visit. When we came home we let Jaxon ring in the New Year before he went to bed.
